From Río Piedras to Fort Worth: A Taste of Home
The most special thing about Ely’s Eats & Essentials is that everything comes from the heart and connects back to my Puerto Rican roots. I was born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, and moved to Texas when I was 11, bringing my culture, flavor, and traditions with me.
Every dish and handmade essential I create — from coquito and tembleque to candles and sofrito — is made with love, care, and a little taste of home. My goal is to share that warmth and comfort, bringing people together through flavor, culture, and community.

At Ely’s Eats & Essentials, everything we do is built on love, care, and responsibility — for both people and pets. For a long time, I didn’t truly understand the deep connection between pets and their families until Tyson, our Rottweiler, came into our lives and changed everything.
He opened my heart to a new level of compassion and inspired me to start making safe, natural, and homemade products with love — from food and essentials to pet-friendly treats and sustainable goods.
